Following Woolworths demise I like the idea of the pick n mix counter at the jobcentre

Sir Nick, a senior civil servant, got a knight hood for helping save the banks, but did he have a hand in creating the problem in the first place? And is the spending of vast amounts of our money going ot work? It's too early to tell.

This is my first characature. I think it does look like Mugabe and Tsavangirai. This was at the time why the UK government was discussing a windfall tax on the oil companies because oil was so expensive. Seems like a lifetime ago now

One of my minor annoyances is Ryanair. You think you've got a bargain and then just as you go to pay you find they've charged you for something else, luggage, sandwiches, having a seat, the stewardesses smile. I always feel cheated.
This was on a day when a Ryanair flight had a scare and everyone thought they were going to die.

Yes puns and misunderstandings are the old fall backs for joke tellers

I think drugs should be decriminalised and taxed and that financially the olympics are not going to be good for London or the UK. I we want to invest in big infrastructure projects I can think of lots of better ways to spend the money.
So with this cartoon I get the chance to air two of my prejudices for the price of one.

Management so often go on bizarre training wheezes. What do they really think they'll get from being trained by a sportman? Or do they just like using company money to meet famous people?

The government is behaving a bit like a parent so I like the idea of LloydsTSB looking after his little brother HBOS

Many cinemas it is claimed will not be able to afford to move to digital film and will be forced to close. What's in it for us I don't know.
You could substitute lots of things for for digital theatre in this cartoon, try the labour, the conservative party, Bruce Forsythe or your own pet hate.

Sackboy is the new Sony Playstation game. Sony hope it will a massive success. I like the idea that fashion could follow the economy so that wearing sacks becomes fashionable

When I started this blog Bob Bizarre was Eric the Viking, but I changed him after someone said Eric looked like the devil. Should I stick with Bob Bizarre or go back to Eric the Viking or does someone have some other ideas?

Senior management in most big companies rate themselves very highly but in fact they often rely on consultants to hold their hand before they do anything.
